At CS Talent, we pride ourselves on providing you the best entertainment, at the best prices possible. We recognize that finding professional free entertainment can be difficult.  Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. To help you in your search, we have included some of the most often asked questions on this page.

Why do I want to book with you instead of directly with the entertainer?

By booking with us, you are guaranteed many things that booking directly cannot provide. CS Talent promises you that the entertainers you book through us are consummate professionals. That is, they will show up on time, have good hygiene, clean costumes and performing spaces, and will adhere to the number and length of shows agreed upon in the contract. Should a personal catastrophe prevent a contracted act from performing at your event, CS Talent will begin working immediately to find a replacement...at no additional cost to you! We guarantee the replacement will be of the same or greater caliber than the previously agreed upon act. We handle everything, so that on the day your event begins, you still have entertainment for your patrons, without the headache of finding it. When you book directly, if the entertainer is unable to perform, you simply lose out on entertainment for your event, or you must rush to find available entertainers at a very late date who may be inferior and charge you more.      

What does "free entertainment" mean?

Free entertainment is defined as any entertainment for which there is not a separate fee, or ticket, required for viewing. Free entertainment is included with the admission charge to your event.

I am looking for a specific act. Are the acts on this website all you offer?

Absolutely not!  The entertainers represented on this website are simply the entertainers with which we have established a working track record. We want to represent only the best entertainers in the industry, and in order to ensure the best quality and professionalism, a good work record is paramount to us. We generally work with an entertainer or show for a period of time before adding them to our website and other booking materials. Consequently, we strongly encourage you to contact us if you are looking for a specific type of show or a specific performer, because our network in the industry is widespread, and wouldn't you rather have CS Talent do the legwork for you?

Do you ever offer discounts?

This is simply not a yes or no answer. If you book all of your entertainment with us,  we always offer a discount! On a case by case basis, however, it depends on our agreement with the specific entertainer, and their schedule. Many times we do offer a discount if the entertainer can obtain multiple bookings in your geographical area, or if they happen to be in your area during a "lay-over" in their schedule.  However, it can not be determined in advance if such things will happen. Please call for more details on discounts.

 I'm looking for an act that I saw on your website last year, but I can't find it. Why not?

There are many reasons this may be happening. First of all, we do not have every act we represent featured on the site, so you should call if looking for something specific. Other times, a performer may retire, or leave the business for personal reasons. In very rare instances, a performer or act fails to meet out stringent professionalism guidelines and we cannot in good faith continue to present them to our clients. Your best bet is to call us and let us know what you're looking for.
